Senthil is a serious game-based educator, alternative stories documentarian, Healthy food maker, and an art of hosting (AoH) practitioner. As the Founder of MADIEE Games, he designs and facilitates immersive, game-based learning experiences that unlock critical thinking, empathy, and deep reflection. Over the past decade, he has worked with leaders across the development sector, corporate spaces, and educational ecosystems, using games to foster collaboration, purpose, and systems thinking.
He has created over 10 games focused on communication, collaborative mindsets, critical thinking, and social-emotional learning. Whether he is designing games or hosting reflective offsites for senior leaders, Senthil crafts experiences that are engaging, thoughtful, and deeply human.
In his recent stint as a alternative stories documentarian, Senthil has been exploring powerful stories on unschooling and Alivelihoods — capturing voices that challenge conventional ideas of education, success, and purpose. Through his games, interviews and facilitation, he invites people to question, connect, and co-create meaningful change.

Game Design for Impact
As we navigate a complex world marked by climate emergency, learning gaps, emotional fatigue, and urgent calls for justice, risked by the shrinking attention spans, we need tools that do more than deliver information. We need tools that invite participation, spark reflection, and nurture collective change.
Game design for impact invites you to explore the powerful pedagogy of serious games as tools for learning, awareness building, reflection, systems thinking, and behavior change, in pursuit to navigate this complex world.
Whether you’re designing for classrooms, communities, workplaces, or grassroots action, games offer a unique blend of structure and spontaneity, play and purpose. They create safe, shared spaces where people can hold difficult conversations, shift mindsets, build empathy, or explore new futures together. Not just for fun or entertainment, games can be transformative tools—for learning, for building empathy, and for catalyzing social change.
Across the two days, participants will:
-
Explore the psychology behind serious games.
-
Play and decipher diverse game mechanics.
-
Examine real-world examples driving social and behavioural impact.
-
Learn the foundations of serious game design—purpose, dynamics, and mechanics.
-
Gain hands-on practice using the Serious Game Design Canvas, including rapid prototyping of game concepts.
-
Walk away with tools and principles that will enable you to design your own games.
Limited seats - 25 | We’re intentionally limiting this workshop to just 25 participants, for it allows trust building within the cohort and better individualized support for feedback.
