ELI came together with a very simple idea - to make any learning space more Joyful, Exciting, Engaging, Participative (JEEP)! To do that it requires 2 pieces - learning to use a more JEEP methodology, and to do that, first becoming JEEP ourselves as educators.

So we run a courses for educators, parents, corporate trainers to learn the methodology, of which the Diploma in Experiential Education & Practice (DEEP) is best known. This is the 14th year of running this practitioner’s course.
Our intent is to build Leadership in the Conscious Practice of Experiential Methodology.
