What does the ticket price include?
Ticket Prices include:

tea and lunch for three days

freedom to attend any workshops conducted on the 4th, 5th and 6th (capacity for each workshop limited by room size)

Is accommodation available at the venue?
Limited accommodation is available at the venue. Details and links to book accommodation at the venue will be put up on the website after 20th June 2024.
We will also put up links to book accommodation close by for you to be able to book directly.

What does the Masterclass fee include?
The masterclass fee includes tea and lunch for that day along with the freedom to attend ONLY the masterclass you have registered for.

Are passes exchangeable?
Passes are not exchangeable.

Are there any discounts on tickets?
The Early Bird and Chirpy Bird are discounted tickets. We have limited number of discounted tickets.

Do presenters have a discounted ticket?
All presenters are required to purchase either Early Bird, Chirpy Bird, Regular Bird or Cool Bird tickets for the conference.
All presenters are required to purchase tickets as a confirmation of their presence by 15th of July.
