Aman Zaidi

Aman has spent over 2 decades in the business world, helping people and organisations do better, first as a leader and later as a facilitator and coach.
Aman also comes from a family of storytellers. He heard his earliest bedtime stories from his maternal grandfather, a Padmi Shri laureate for literature. His sister, Annie Zaidi, is a multiple award-winning author, playwright and film- maker.
He and his friend Jaspal Saran co-created the Storytelling in Business programme which is extremely well-received by participants. Aman’s happy customers include a large number of MNC organisations such as HSBC, TCS, Johnson Controls, BMC Software and Sabre among others. He also mentors startup founders on using business storytelling to craft better pitches.
Apart from his vast experience in the business world, Aman’s key strength is his Communication. Those who have heard him maintain that his ease with the language stands out. His authentic, humorous style connects with the audience and on occasion, his storytelling has moved some members in the audience to tears.
