Workshop 2: The Fundamentals of Joyful Classrooms
Are you feeling overwhelmed by juggling multiple needs of your students?
Does your classroom feel heavy sometimes with anticipation and lack of joy?
Or do you just want to fine tune your practice and do things that are more nurturing than managing your
classroom and behaviours constantly?
If you have answered yes to any of the above questions, we would love to meet you in our workshop.
Over the last two decades of our practice, we discovered that the linchpin idea for success as a teacher
is ‘Teaching must be exciting, light and fun for the teacher’. We know, we know… It may not seem so
with so many complexities, challenges and hundreds of micro-decisions that you make every minute as
a teacher. But trust us, the strategies to reach an exciting, light, and fun classroom environment are
finite. You don’t have to go hunting for them and glean them from multiple sources.
We have curated the most fundamental strategies of unlocking a light and fun learning environment (for you and for your students).
In this workshop :
-
We will engage with the foundational knowledge about children, our modern world, and fundamental needs of human-beings.
-
We will also delve into finite fundamental strategies aligned with the foundational knowledge for creating a caring classroom community, by using principles of Experiential Education.
We are excited to be part of your journey toward lightness, joy, and higher quality in your classrooms.
