DAY 1 | Safety Facilitation
SEEING AND SHAPING THE CONDITIONS for Healthy Work Environments

This is about having healthy, high-performing workplaces. We all want them; for others and for ourselves. This day is about building the capability to recognise, understand and create conditions that influence how people experience work, manage risk, contribute, learn and perform.
-
To learn to identify signals, thresholds, behaviours and patterns that may indicate emerging psychosocial hazards, performance pressures or system vulnerabilities.
-
Participants practise facilitation approaches that make concerns discussable, create safer opportunities for contribution and help establish the conditions for healthier, safer and more sustainable performance.
DAY 2 | Safety Leadership
ENABLING RESILIENCE AND LEARNING CAPACITY for Safety Performance
Resilient organisations are defined by their capacity to adapt, learn and perform when conditions change. Participants explore how leaders can strengthen and sustain the conditions that support safe, healthy and high-performing work.
The day focuses on developing organisational and team capacity to anticipate challenges, respond effectively to change, support recovery and convert experience into capability.
Participants examine the practical conditions, behaviours and feedback loops that enable adaptation, continuous improvement and sustainable safety performance.
Shared learning outcomes:
-
Translate resilience strategy into prioritised team or organisational practices that support anticipation, response, recovery, wellbeing and performance.
-
Apply the five capabilities and six facilitation principles to a real situation, producing a practical
-
response, owner, evidence and review point.
